Receiving gifts

1What is Gift My Client?

2How do you keep my data secure?
As per our posted Privacy Policy, we take all necessary precautions to keep your data and the data of your clients segregated, safe, and secure. 
3How do I change my address or other account details? 
Please login to your account and find the section called Settings. In there, you will find everything you need to keep us up to date. If you have any problems, please don’t hesitate to contact one of our Customer Service professionals for assistance.
4Why does my package status says it's delivered when it hasn’t been received?
If a delivery attempt was made but was not able to be completed, instructions will have been left as to where and how to retrieve the package. If not, please contact us.
5My package arrived damaged or incomplete. What do I do?
Please contact us right away so that we can repair or replace your products as appropriate.

We ship to 54 countries including Canada, US and much of Europe.
2When will my order be shipped?
For orders that are to be processed immediately, your package will be shipped within 1-2 business days. For post-dated orders, your package will be shipped on the date set by you. 
3How long does it take my package to arrive?
Your package will arrive 3-5 business days after it is shipped.
4Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can make changes or cancel your order before the order is shipped. Please contact us so we can make it right.
5How much does shipping cost?
A shipping and handling charge of $10 is applied to each product ordered.
6Can I ship orders to multiple clients on multiple dates?

7Will you send me a tracking number? 
Yes, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

After customizing your account, our products range in price from $25 to $1000. Our compliance, tracking and reporting services are priced according to the customer’s needs.

We will work with you to assemble a distinct catalogue specifically for your organization, presented to your members in a secure online storefront.
3How much does shipping cost?
A shipping and handling charge of $10 is applied to each product ordered.
4What payment options do you offer?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Visa Debit.
5What currency do you use?
Canadian dollars.
6Do you charge Sales Tax?
Yes, sales tax is applied as appropriate to the jurisdiction of the recipient.
